OUR APPROACH

We help educators, schools, nonprofits, and families work together to better support NYC youth. We're solving the disconnect between these groups by creating systems, trainings, and strategies that ensure collaboration, equity, and impact.

We build long-term collaborations with schools and CBOs that go beyond one-off workshops.

We specialize in providing a wide range of training programs, engaging workshops, and tailored strategies that significantly enhance collaboration, improve engagement, and ultimately drive better outcomes for educators, students, and families alike.

Jasmine Uribe is a Bronx born grassroots organizer and the proud daughter of Dominican immigrants. With over two decades of experience in youth development and social services, she has dedicated her life to building stronger, more equitable communities.
